Items must be picked up from our home off Washington Street in Gurnee
Item 1) Leather three-piece sectional couch from Plunkett Furniture. Left section includes pull out full bed in new condition. Right section reclines and includes pull out foot rest as shown in last picture. Couch is in excellent condition. Apx 110' x 100'.
Purchased from Plunkett Fine Furniture for $2,000.
Selling for $550.
Item 2) Plunkett Furniture Coffee Table (shown below with couch) and Create and Barrel martini Table (Lower right photo): Purchased for $300.

Item 3) Executive Desk and chair. In good condition with a few small marks easily covered with a standard wood marker. Desk has one letter-size drawer on each side (metal rails), two small drawers on each side, and a center drawer. Secretary facing side is fully finished and decorated as seen below. Construction quality similar to Plunkett or Baker. Chair is not original with the desk and has a brown leather seat. Both items show with less than normal wear.
Purchase price: Unknown. Estimated at $900 - $1,100
Selling for: $200 for both Desk and Chair.
Item 4) Tall four-shelf decorated hutch with cabinet doors and hardware. This piece is approximately twenty-years old and in like-new condition. Selling for $100
Item 5) 36" Sony Wega Television. Wega is Sony's top of the line tube television, this one purchased in 2000 for apx $1,300. TV has 3 RCA inputs, 1 S-video input and 1 component (for High Definition) inputs on the back, and 1 RCA input on the front. TV appearance and functionality in excellent condition.
Purchase price: Estimated at $1,300

Item 6) Pottery Barn Entryway Bench and Shelf from the Samantha Entryway Collection. Includes the optional wicker baskets and cushions. All pieces in very good condition except for a mark on the top unit from when it was shipped from PB. Close up picture below, surface mark only, can be painted over. Item 7) Kitchen table with four chairs. Purchased solely as a room
filler while in process of moving. Slight sun discoloration on table top
but only under place mats. Not noticeable if placemats used.

Item 8) Bell'ogghetti (Italian High-end Furniture maker) Audio/Video Stand. For use with TV's up to 35" wide (ie: 36" Windescreen). Depending on TV feet may support larger size. Rear leg has entry/exit points used to conceal wires (see lower right photo). Unit in excellent condition.

Item 9) Entire Bedroom set (excluding twin bed). Includes new comforter with sham and maroon sheets, two sofa chairs, window and canopy sheers and glass framed wall picture.
Est purchase $1,100 ($400/sofa chair, $200 bedding (comforter, sheets, window sheers and canopy shown), $100 wall picture).
Selling all items together (excludes pillows and twin mattress/box springs): $500.
